Inngot is expanding our IT team!
16 Jun 2021
Inngot is recruiting to build up our IT team to support our digital platform and our award-winning and world-leading tools. These help organisations identify, rate and value their intellectual property (IP) and intangible assets.
We have a particular role and influence in unlocking the value of these assets for business finance, and our company is growing significantly.
We have recently secured major new investment and other funding so we can expand our systems to help lenders, insurers and other parties assess the security value of intellectual property, for example for use as collateral in finance.
We have relationships with several UK and international banks and work closely with government departments, IPO offices, innovation agencies and NGOs around the world on ways to support the development of IP-based finance structures. We also deliver cost-effective tools for companies, particularly SMEs, to allow them to identify their own IP and get indicative values for it, and bespoke IP audit, valuation and tech evaluation service.
Hundreds of SMEs have used our tools to understand the value of their IP and intangible assets.
With a head office in Swansea and other staff based around the UK, the business has clients and customers throughout the world.
During lockdown, we switched to working from home, and avoided laying off any staff. In fact, we recuited someone! We are now gradually aiming at a balance between office-based working and WFH.
We currently require a React UI Front End Developer and a Java Developer. Both posts will involve helping us improve and extend our product offering of cost-effective online IP identification, rating, management and valuation tools.
The successful candidates for both roles will be working as part of an Agile team but will be happy to take ownership of all phases of the development life cycle from design through to build, test and deployment.
Using a TDD approach, they will be involved in building slick, intuitive user interfaces accessing scalable microservices utilising both REST and message-driven interfaces.
Both roles will be full-time and based in central Swansea, although some home working is anticipated, particularly in the short term.
